Jason came to Tri-County right out of high school working for the family business. He started out in the service department alongside the technicians at the time. Mechanical things and how they work has always been his passion, and he still spends considerable time in the shop to this day. In 2008, he and his brother, Todd, purchased the business from their father. Jason serves as President at Tri-County and Todd runs an outdoor equipment business also owned by him and Jason. Jason has seen the business grow over the years, and is always available if anyone needs his assistance.

Don Lane

Don opened Tri-County Power Equipment in 1994 after being in the farm equipment and outdoor power business for several years. Initially, we were a Ford/New Holland dealership. Kubota was added in 1995 after another local dealer closed. Don steadily grew the business, adding staff as needed. Don's son Jason came onboard upon graduating high school and steadily took on more responsibility as years went by. In 2008, Don sold the business to his sons, although he continued to be a part of the day to day operations. In recent years, Don has stepped back a bit but still comes in a couple of days each week to help in whatever capacity he is needed.

Chris joined Tri-County in 1999 as the delivery driver. In 2001, a sales position opened and he moved into that role. He has been there ever since. Chris has seen a lot of changes over the years. As the business has grown, Chris's role has evolved as well. His job title may have changed, but his focus remains the same. That focus is to help people choose the right equipment and to be responsive and available if any issues come up after the sale.

Lance joined Tri-County in 2007, working as a service writer in our shop. When a sales position opened in the summer of 2017, Lance made the transition into that department. With his service background, he has extensive knowledge of the equipment he sells.

Paul joined Tri-County in 2005 as the parts manager. He comes from a farming background and also worked in a heavy equipment dealership prior to joining Tri-County. He has a wealth of parts knowledge spanning a wide variety of equipment. Paul has wide and varied responsibilities from maintaining the parts inventory to making sure parts are available when needed. He also spends time at the parts counter consulting with customers answering questions that they may have.

Steve came to Tri-County in 2012 after working for 27 years at another Kubota dealership. We were extremely pleased to get him and he has been a valuable asset to our dealership. Steve oversees our service department and assists our techs with whatever they may need. With his extensive experience, he knows Kubota products very well and has developed relationships with hundreds of past and present customers.
